We make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions, photos, skill levels, materials lists, and finished measurements. However, colors and appearance may vary depending on your device settings and screen configuration.

By purchasing from Mufficorn, you acknowledge that you are purchasing access to digital content and agree that the digital files may be provided immediately after purchase.

Product descriptions and availability may be changed at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any digital product at our discretion.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase a digital product from Mufficorn. Your order is accepted once payment has been successfully processed and your digital content becomes available.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Due to the nature of digital products, cancellations cannot be guaranteed after an order has been processed.

All refunds, returns, and exchanges are handled according to our Refund Policy.

By purchasing from Mufficorn, you confirm that your purchase is for your personal use and not for unauthorized commercial redistribution, resale, or sharing of digital files.

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed.

Mufficorn does not ship physical products.

All purchases are delivered electronically. Digital crochet pattern files are available immediately after successful payment through the delivery method provided by Shopify.

Please ensure that the email address provided during checkout is correct. Mufficorn is not responsible for customers providing incorrect contact information or issues caused by email providers filtering automated messages.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content available through Mufficorn, including but not limited to crochet patterns, written instructions, designs, photographs, illustrations, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and other materials, is owned by Mufficorn or used with permission and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Your purchase of a Mufficorn crochet pattern grants you a personal-use license to use the pattern to create finished crochet items. Purchasing a pattern does not transfer ownership of the pattern, instructions, design, or any intellectual property rights to you.

You may not copy, reproduce, share, distribute, publish, upload, sell, translate, modify, rewrite, create derivative works from, or claim any part of Mufficorn patterns or designs as your own.

Pattern files may not be shared with others, uploaded to websites, forums, groups, file-sharing platforms, or any other online or offline location.

The use of artificial intelligence (AI) tools to copy, reproduce, translate, rewrite, modify, recreate, or create derivative versions of Mufficorn patterns, instructions, designs, or digital content is not permitted.

Finished items created using Mufficorn patterns may be sold on a small handmade scale. When selling finished items made from our patterns, crediting @Muffi_corn as the original designer is appreciated.

Mass production, factory manufacturing, or commercial reproduction of finished items made from Mufficorn patterns is not permitted without prior written permission.

All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by Mufficorn.

SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide access to third-party tools or services as part of our Services. We do not monitor or control these third-party tools and provide access on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
